Questions clubs actually ask
Does it cost anything?
No. Calendar listings are free and always will be — for one round or a whole season. Featured placement is the only paid option and it is clearly labelled as such.
What happens after I submit?
We check every listing by hand, usually within one working day, then it goes live and you get the link to share. Nothing is published unchecked.
My rounds are already on here. Why?
We build the calendar from organisers' and venues' own published pages, so you may already be listed as "from organiser calendar". Claim your name and those rounds become yours to confirm and edit.
Do you take a cut of entries or tickets?
Never. Entry and ticket buttons point at your own site or entry system. AllRace never handles the money and never sits between you and the entrant.
Can you carry our live timing?
If you run on Apex or TSL we can already mirror your board, so thousands of phones hit our connection instead of your timing server. Alpha and MYLAPS are on the list — tell us who you use.
