ALLRACE

Privacy

What we collect, and what we don't.

Short version: an email if you give us one, a push subscription if you ask for alerts, and anonymous usage that cannot follow you from one day to the next. Nothing is sold, ever.

AllRace is operated by SVE Ventures Ltd (company no. 16822306), United Kingdom, which is the data controller for everything below.

Anonymous usage — pages viewed, links clicked, screen size, referrer, approximate location from your IP (the IP itself is discarded)You use the siteTo see which parts are worth building onBy PostHog, our analytics provider, on their schedule

Analytics, specifically

We count pageviews and clicks so we know what to build next. It is deliberately limited:

  • — No analytics cookie, and analytics store nothing on your device. Analytics run in PostHog’s cookieless mode: visitors are counted with an anonymous code made on PostHog’s servers that changes every day, so we cannot follow anyone from one day to the next. That is a real limitation for us, and the point.
  • — We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends either, we send nothing at all.
  • — Processing is by PostHog Inc. on its EU Cloud (Frankfurt), with IP addresses anonymised. Events go through allrace.co.uk itself, not straight to a third party.
  • — When you create an account or start or cancel a subscription, our server records that it happened (plan and price, never your email or name) so we can count sign-ups and subscriptions.
  • — We never record your screen, and we do not build a profile of you.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that run the thing: Supabase (database, EU), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics, EU), Stripe (payments, if you buy something) and the push services run by Google, Apple and Mozilla for notifications. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Entry, ticket and stream buttons take you to the organiser’s or broadcaster’s own site. Once you are there you are on their terms and their privacy notice — we do not follow you across.

Results and driver pages

Result pages and driver pages are built from classifications the organiser’s own timing system published — the same names already on their public results. We do not add anything to them. If a page about you is wrong, or you would rather it were not there, mail us and we will fix or remove it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how we use it. Mail privacy@allrace.co.uk and a person will read it. The fastest routes without asking us: unsubscribe here, turn notifications off in your browser or phone settings, or turn on Do Not Track to stop analytics.

If we get it wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
