The rules, in plain English.
Using AllRace is free. These terms cover using the site and app, and anything you buy from us.
AllRace (allrace.co.uk and the AllRace app) is run by SVE Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16822306). “We” means SVE Ventures Ltd. By using AllRace you agree to these terms.
Using AllRace
- — The calendar, live timing, results, driver pages and alerts are free, with no account needed.
- — Timing and results come from each organiser’s own timing system. We show them as published and fix mistakes when we’re told, but the organiser’s official classification always wins.
- — Dates, tickets and entries belong to the organiser. Check with them before you travel. Tickets and entries are bought on their site, on their terms, and we take no commission on them.
- — Don’t scrape the site in bulk, try to break it, or pass off our data as your own. The free widgets and embeds are there for exactly that kind of reuse.
What we sell
Prices include VAT where it applies. Card payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Subscriptions and trials
- — Subscriptions renew automatically at the price you signed up at until you cancel. We’ll email you before any price change, and it only applies from your next renewal.
- — A free trial turns into a paid subscription at the end unless you cancel before then. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
- — Cancel from your account (Stripe’s own billing page). No phone call, no form.
- — If you’re a consumer you can cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Mail us and we’ll sort it.
Sponsored and paid placements
Featured rounds, club sponsors and Live Partners are always labelled Featured or Sponsored wherever they appear. Paying never changes a result, a time or a position. We can refuse or remove a placement that is misleading, unlawful or unsafe, and refund whatever is left of it.
If something goes wrong
Live timing depends on organisers’ systems and venue internet, so sometimes a board is late or missing. If a paid feature doesn’t do what we said it would, tell us and we’ll fix it or refund you. We aren’t liable for losses caused by an organiser’s changes, cancellations or timing errors. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
Your account
Accounts are optional and sign in by email code, with no password. You can delete yours from the app or by mailing us. See the privacy notice for exactly what we store.
